I understand that learning how to eat differently can be confusing and time consuming.  Every expert seems to contradict every other expert whilst fad diets come and go making it hard to get simple and actionable nutrition support.

MY PROGRAMMES ARE BASED ON  Scientific Research

My programmes are designed to meet your unique needs and guide you in small achievable steps towards your health goals to avoid a feeling of overwhelm. As a result, my clients learn how to eat healthily for life and acquire realistic and practical strategies that fit in with their lifestyle so that they are in control of what they eat and how they feel. 

In order to get to the root cause of your symptoms and see tangible improvements its important to allow sufficient time to work together. A ‘one-off’ appointment is unlikely to help you because changing eating habits and lifestyle takes time and requires regular support and coaching to help you stay on track. The length of your programme will depend on your current status and what you want to achieve but will typically start with an initial 10 weeks.
